About Subscription Portal
The TokenWorks Subscription portal allows users to quickly implement different authentication services, protecting your business with ease. The intuitive interface is designed with the user in mind. Our services provide fast, quality results with a comprehensive summary of the scan results. The Subscription Portal allows companies to effortlessly purchase credits for a variety of scanning services, manage their employees, and view insightful statistics. Our user management features allows employers to allocate credits among users, set velocity limits, and view their history.
We currently offer two scan services:
- The DMVCheck: Which cross-checks IDs against the DMV database
- The KBA (Dynamic Knowledge Based Authentication) service: Generates a series of question for the client by harvesting data from public records.

The founders of TokenWorks have been developing token and smart card-based technologies since 1992. In 1998 we founded TokenWorks to build smart card chip readers that ultimately evolved into our focus on Magnetic Stripe and 2D Barcode reader technology. We first developed systems to scan drivers licenses on the Handspring Palm Pilot in 2002, and we have never looked back, always ahead.

TokenWorks, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of ID scanners and identification scanning solutions in the United States and Canada.
We collect contact and related information from you through forms on our website when you contact us, request more information about a service, sign up for our mailing list, or register for our complimentary content, such as articles, white papers, and recorded webinars. The forms request name, email address, title, company, and phone number.
We use the information we collect to provide you with the subscription or service you have requested, add you to our mailing list, and/or register you for our presentations.
Our website is not designed to respond to "do not track" requests from browsers.
We may retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We use a third-party email marketing platform to manage our mailing list and provide related email services such as upcoming events, webinars, and content. We use a third-party webinar organizer for our hosted webinars, and when you register for those webinars, you will be registering with that third party, which provides the registration information to ID Sentry.
We use Google Analytics as described above to understand the performance of our website.

Sometimes we may be required to share personal information for legal reasons; for example, if we are required to do so by a regulation, court order, subpoena, or other legal process. ID Sentry uses the Microsoft 365 (M365) platform and individual workstations to store information received from clients and individuals. The M365 platform is configured for maximum security, including multi-factor authentication and full encryption at rest and in transit. Individual laptops have hard disk encryption, as well as a full suite of endpoint protection. All information is retained according to our retention policy, which may be modified by exception based on contract language.
Our site is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect or seek to collect information about children under the age of 13.
We may need to update our Privacy Policy as we and our customers grow and evolve. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the email address specified in your account) or by means of posting a notice on this website prior to the change becoming effective, as well as inform you of any choices you may have with respect to these changes.
